Authentic Essential Oils unlike synthetic are recognized and are compatible with our body. Each essential oil has so many healing properties compared to a medicine cabinet filled with products that each have one use only. Our body knows what to do with a pure essential oil and does not need to detox from the additives or chemicals added. A pure authentic essential oil will not contain fillers or alcohol but pure medicinal properties. So far I have only found three companies that provide consumers with pure authentic oils. I personally work with Natures Sunshine because this company has put money and research behind their product. They can make health claims and back them up with evidence. They have high standards and use authentic pure medicinal oil. I have had great results working with these oils. The wording “therapeutic grade” does not mean the essential oil is a higher grade of oil, or that it is in anyway pure oil from the plant. When using essential oils for healing purposes like a headache or to help decrease anxiety, the goal is to use a product that helps and does not worsen the problem. When using a synthetic essential oil our body must break it down, placing more stress than healing on the body.
